Here are the supplements I take and recommend.
Cygen Labs- Chocolate Nutri-Whey. Its a Whey Protein. It tastes so good in both water and milk and is awesome in a Reese smoothie(PB, water and chocolate protein)
CLA for an energy boost and a natural fat burner. Do you need a fat-burner, check out this link for more info.
Amino Acids- Almost the same as protein powder except it digests easier and has an ease of portability, as it tastes great with water- almost like a blue freezie.
Muti-Vitamins- These are awesome, all your pills in one little baggie that fit in your purse.
