Customized 1 month Menu Plan:   $50    

           This 4 weekplan is personalized for you.  The plan teaches you how to eat clean and make clean eating a way of life that you and your family can follow and enjoy.  This plan is based on your age, weight, height and current fitness level.  You will receive the menu plan as well as accompanying recipes.  A food exchange list and shopping guide will be provided so you will easily be able to substitute foods that you like if the one on the plan does not sound pleasing to you.  The food exchange list is broken down into categories of individual macronutrient requirements protein, carbohydrate and fats. The meals are very simple to make and convenient to eat anywhere. 

 You will know exactly what to eat at every meal and the best part is, there are no counting calories, as I will custom make your menu for you. 

This is a 4 week meal plan but you can continue using it as long as you wish.  

I will be here to answer any questions you have on your plan, I want you to succeed and with my help, you will reach your goal !!  

Once you purchase the plan I will send you a questionnaire once I receive the questionnaire back I will create your plan within 24 hours. So what are you waiting for?


All information you obtain will be directly from what I have learned over the past 10 years through research and education. It is of best interest for anyone looking to start a fitness program or specific meal plan to consult a physician before doing so, it would be wise to have blood work done, and a physical performed by a licensed physician.  I cannot be held responsible for any medical conditions you have.

  • You(customer) totally understand that you(customer) may injure yourself as a result of participation in a fitness program, and hereby release and any and all of it’s employees from any liability now or in the future for any injury, including, but not limited to heart attacks, death, muscle strains, pulls or tears, broken bones, shin splints, heat prostration, knee/lower back/foot injuries and any other illness, soreness or injury however caused , occurring during or after my participation in the fitness workout offered.
  • By submitting payment, you state that in consideration of your participation in workout schedule and meal plans, you for yourself, your personal representatives, administrators, heirs and assigns, hereby holds harmless, and any and all of it’s employees from any claims arising from your participation in the fitness workout and meal plans.
  • I state: I Fitness and Healthy Living Tips am a nutritional specialist and a fitness professional all information I provide is in good faith and am not repsonsible for any allergies, or negative effects what so ever from this meal plan.

By submitting payment, you affirm that you have read, have been honest with and fully understand the above information. You have been given the opportunity to present questions in all related matters
