Pumpkin Seeds

Are you busy carving your pumpkin? Save your seeds and make your own pumpkin seeds. The nutrients are amazing.
Here’s what you need…
For every cup of pumpkin seeds you have you’ll need 2 cups of water and 1 tbsp of sea salt.
1)set oven to 400 c.
2)bring above to a boil. Let simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
3) spray baking dish with Pam, drain any leftover water and spread seeds over dish.
4)cook for 10-15 minutes…keeping an eye out for browning. Once the seeds brown there ready.
