Self Sabotage

Do you sometimes eat food for no reason at all? It might just be self sabotage. It is very common to be afraid of success. What will happen? Will my life change. If I don’t make myself fail and fail am I worthless?
It’s easy for a trainer to say whatever just do it! But there’s still that notion and that need to be on control!
Wouldn’t it be awesome of you could use that need for control to make your body tighter, fitter and healthier?
It comes down to how bad do you want it and how what is more important!
