Looking for a natural way to get some sleep?

Sometimes no matter how tired your body is your mind is going a mile a minute. I hate taking sleeping pills and they are so bad for you and can cause dependency.

A while back I was having trouble sleeping and I was at the cottage with my in-laws my mother in-law suggested sleepytime tea. I was sceptic, but I gave it a shot. 10 minutes later I was out like a light. So what is this drink?

Well its a chamomile tea blended with spearmint, lemongrass, tilia flowers, blackberry leaves, orange blossoms, hawthorn berries and rosebuds.
It’s tasty, and don’t need sugar or milk.

This tea gives you a great sleep without the harsh effects of chemicals and is caffeine free.

I use Celestial Seasonings brand its organic and it practices ethical trade. Plus the sleeping bear on the cover is cute.
