Do you workout in front of a mirror? I know most gyms have them, but do you purposely set your self up so you can see yourself?
In my professional opinion working out in front of a mirror is a big help, it allows you to see your movements so you can insure proper form. Proper form is essential when lifting weights. Also essential to see if there is a creeper behind you.
I do all my workouts in front of a mirror, I like seeing the movements and I like to see my muscles activated so I know all my hard work isn’t in vain.
