I recently read an article about happiness and how it affects a person’s health. It has a BIG impact on it, believe it or not. Many studies have shown that happier people tend to live longer. They are less likely to suffer from strokes, heart attacks, pain from arthritis, and many more things. Back in 2006, Carnegie Mellon researchers found out that people who express positive emotions experience less colds and flus after being exposed to them, than those people who express negative emotions, such as anger, sadness, or stress. The article also stated that people need to look for their happiness. It doesn’t necessarily mean that they need to go out and buy expensive, designer products.
