Dinner

I get asked a lot what I eat for dinner and I want to share with you what I’m enjoying. I work an afternoon shift so unfortunately dinner isn’t a meal at home. Today and most days it’s 2 whole eggs, 1/4 skim milk and Franks Red Hot Sauce. I put it in the fridge in a ziplock container until dinner rolls around.
Give the eggs a good shake, and I put them in for 3 minutes stopping at 1 minute intervals to fluff my eggs.
It’s an easy, cheap meal that requires no prep time.
