Why do you pay more for Healthy Foods

Everyone always says healthy and organic food is expensive. However if you break down the work enclosed to make it it’s really not. Let’s put this in everyday terms.
Let’s say for extra money you made bracelets.
You sold two kinds.
One takes you 5 minutes and you use cheap cotton.
The other one take you 30 minutes and are made with silk.
Would you than charge the same price for both? Do you think food merchants and food quality are any different?
