What is DHA?

Have you ever seen milk with added DHA and wondered what it is and why is it do good for me?

Well DHA is a healthy oil that’s found in sunflowers but mostly cold water Oceanic fish. DHA is a key structural component of the brain cells, when levels are low the brain sends out signals to look for DHA which can slow down fat loss because our body wants to make sure there are fats available.
The recommended daily dosage is 600mg
