 Breakfast:

1 tsp cinnamon

3 egg whites (cooked any way but fried)

1/3 cup cooked oatmeal

Snack:

2 rice cakes

1 tbsp natural peanut butter

1 scoop whey protein powder in water

Lunch:

1/2 brown rice or quinoa

2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

1 small salad (1 cup)

Snack:

4 ozs lean turkey breast

4 ozs carrot sticks

Dinner:

5 ozs asparagus or brussels sprouts

5 ozs halibut

After Dinner Snack:

1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder and skim milk
