Want a better Digestive System?

Here are some tips for optimal digestion
– Eat smaller meals 5 to 6 a day.
– Drink a tablespoon of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar 10 to 20 minutes before meals to get digestion started.
– Don’t eat after 7pm (gives your body time to clean out what’s left over before tomorrows breakfast.
– Don’t drink with meals, it actually makes digestion worse because it dilutes your stomach acid.
– Eat more fibre.
– Eat slowly and relaxed.
And last but not least make sure you thoroughly chew your food until its a paste. Digestion starts on the mouth from saliva that works best when mixed in with food.
