This smoothie is chalk full of nutrients and has a light, refreshing flavor. It has fresh kale, fresh spinach, frozen pineapple, frozen mango, fresh-squeezed orange juice, chia seeds, hemp seeds, bee pollen, kelp, and filtered water. I feel totally refreshed and energized after drinking it!
