Healthy “Fast food” Take 2: Dinner

If you read my earlier post you would understand that today my meals were all store-bought and super quick. Lunch was a yummy Orzo Greek salad Snack was a banana, and Dinner well my dinner was this……….


Again from my local Grocery store, Panko coated baked chicken breast, with 100 grams of grilled mixed vegetables. mmmmm so good and best of all it was super quick and cheaper than a fast food meal. Chicken was $3.99 and the veggies were $1.50.

No excuses people…Excuses get you fat
