  1. well, both bacon and sausage are full of fats, and neither is good for you, they are both comparable … but if you had to choose, well, I’d go with sausage. Also, there are many healthier options out there (from the grocery store) such as turkey or chicken sausage and turkey or chicken bacon etc … Either regular bacon, or regular breakfast sausage are one of those food items that everyone needs to keep in moderation .. did I answer right ?

  4. I’m going to say bacon, only because with sausage, you dont actually KNOW whats in the casing and it can be full of preservatives as well as left over bits from the pig…….thats my guess anyway! 🙂

  5. DyDy your right!! Also with bacon most of the fat gets cooked out, leaving it in the pan, with sausage it is mingled right in there and the casing helps keep the fat in, thats why they are so juicy and tasty and bad for you!!!
