I have written about coffee before, but it was a little more centered to caffeine. This time I want to talk about calories and fat in coffee’s. I have come across clients in the past who were unwilling to give up the cream in their coffee. Want to know the difference it makes?
Lets say you drank 1 DD coffee a day 5 days a weekCalories :230
Fat: 12 grams Protein: 2 grams Carbs: 26 grams Sugar: 26 grams
so 4600 calories a month
3500 calories is a pound. So having a DD will cause a weight gain of 1.5 pounds a month or 55200 calories a year which is 15.7 pounds of fat.
If you got a medium with 2 Milk and 1 sugarCalories :85 Fat: 2 grams Protein: 2 grams Carbs: 15 grams Sugar: 15 grams (5.7 pounds a year)
Switching from cream to milk and reducing 1 sugar saves you 10.1 pounds over the year!!!
