Happy Long Weekend!!!

Easter means a lot of different things for different people. A few of the things that are probably fairly common are family get together and chocolate. It can be hard to keep your healthy choices in check. Here are some tips…
1) If you have more than one family dinner to go to pick only one to indulge in. Knowing that on one day of the 4 you can eat “what you want” will help you make better choices.
2) Wear something tight, not too tight that you look funny, just enough that if makes you harder to overeat.
3) Exercise every morning, there are so many studies out there that say the more people exercise the less the indulge.
4) Picture yourself in the body that you want every time you go to put another chocolate egg in your mouth. Think about it.
5) Watch out for Cream eggs… There 150 calories each. 150 calories can get you 2 cookies, 1/4 chocolate bunny, or a small piece of cheesecake.
