Tips for a New Runner

Running is great, but when your starting out there’s a lot to consider. Make sure you have a properly fitted pair of shoes.
Always start with a good warmup.
Make sure your technique is right, when in doubt talk with someone you know who runs. Start at a pace that suits you.
Stretch properly after your run.
Start slow and listen to your body, start off my running every 2-3 days and bumping it up to every day or 2 once your comfortable.
