Sugar, Sugar or Sugar?

White sugar,brown Sugar or Cane Sugar
Brown sugar isn’t any healthier than white sugar. Infact mostly sugar is sugar.
Here are the nutritional facts:
 
Sugar, granulated:
Nutritional value per 100 g
Energy 390 cal
Carbohydrates 99g
White sugar:
White sugar is derived from the juice of sugar cane and beets. After extraction, the sugar cane or beet juice is extremely processed over and over again to produce a white, granulated substance.
 

Sugars, brown:
Nutritional value per 100 g
Energy 380 cal
Carbohydrates 97g

Brown sugar:
Brown sugar is made by adding molasses to white sugar.

Raw/Cane sugar:
Raw sugar is produced in the initial stages of white sugar’s manufacturing process. Raw sugar is coarser than white sugar, and is brownish in color.

So when in doubt pick Raw or Cane sugar, less processed
