Stuck for lunch?

Weekends are always hard for what do for lunch, there is so much to do. Here is a great alternative to a sandwich..

That was my lunch today, i put 1 cup of Bran Flakes, 2 tbsps of Kashi Go Lean Crunch, 1 cup skim milk and 1/2 banana.
Did you notice the lemon wedge in my water bottle?
Lemon juice helps with digestion, the extra citric acid in your stomach helps your body digest faster, the faster you digest the less time food spends in your stomach. The longer food stays in your stomach it has a better chance of getting stored as fat.
