Quick and Easy Microwaved over medium eggs.
1) Spray Non-Stick Cook spray on a microwave safe bowl.
2) Crack an egg in the bowl.
3) Microwave for 1 minute.
4) Place on dry toast, or toast with Low-Fat cottage cheese.
I enjoyed mine with a glass of milk with vanilla protein powder, a perfect post workout meal, in under 2 minutes total.
