Green Tea and Weight Loss

I’m sure you have heard the hype about green tea. You don’t have to take pills to get the benefits though.
Green Tea contains EGCG (ephigal-locatechin gallate) which when taken with your meals has been proven to increase calorie burn and fat utilization in the body. Green Tea can also help cut the risk of heart disease because of the antioxidants.
Hint: Make sure your tea is steeped for 3-4 minutes.
