Fresh eggs

There’s nothing better than fresh eggs, if your lucky enough to live somewhere with access to fresh, grain fed, hormone free eggs take advantage. Eggs have so many nutrients our bodies need. There high in protein, HDL( good cholesterol) b12, help vitamin D production, help lower LDL (bad cholesterol) there also convenient cheap and can be used in various ways. There is an article recently published in the American College of Nutrition that states eating eggs can help stabilize blood glucose levels therefore helping you lose weight. The leucine in eggs will also help you gain lean muscle which aids in fat loss.
So enjoy some eggs anyway you like them 🙂
