Fitting Healthy Living into a Busy Day!

A lot of times I hear a common excuse… I don’t have enough time to work out. However new research from major Universities are publishing studies that say its ok to break your workout up into manageable bits during the day. This is something that I have been practicing for years. Waking up 15 minutes earlier and doing 15 minutes of yoga or a quick walk around the block.Throughout the day when you’re at work get up every hour or so stretch, if you have a private desk or aren’t shy “drop and give me 20” push ups or sit-ups. You would be surprised at how the healthier choices you make in your day add up when you make fitness part of your life.
