However new research from major Universities are publishing studies that say its ok to break your workout up into manageable bits during the day. This is something that I have been practicing for years. Waking up 15 minutes earlier and doing 15 minutes of yoga or a quick walk around the block.Throughout the day when you’re at work get up every hour or so stretch, if you have a private desk or aren’t shy “drop and give me 20” push ups or sit-ups. You would be surprised at how the healthier choices you make in your day add up when you make fitness part of your life.
