Finding Motivation

Sometimes it’s hard to get up after dinner and workout or set your alarm early. Being fit and having the body you want is about compromise hard work and dedication. People tend to look for an easy fix and there will always be people willing to sell it.
Try picturing yourself as your ideal body or post a picture of your idea body on your fridge and or pantry..
Seeing what you can accomplish if you put the effort in can help you make those food choices that keep your body healthy.
Remember if eating healthy and exercise were easy everyone would look like a fitness model. Most fitness models don’t even look like fitness models. Keep your chin up and your running shoes tied tight!!!
