Feeling Sick? To Skip it or not to Skip?

Have you ever been sick and the thought about skipping a workout had you feeling guilty?
If your really sick spend that day to recover, by physically exhausting your body when all it wants to do is fight the big bad germs can make it worse.
If your only feeling a little sick it might actually help. Increasing blood flow helps cell production, it also releases hormones in your body that will make you happier and more restful. Just take it slow and try a short walk. Every bit helps 🙂
