Our bodies produce enzymes naturally but there are times when we might need to supplement our diet.
Enzymes are found in our saliva and stomach bile and they help break down fats, carbohydrates and proteins. If your eating 3-5 meals a day adding a digestive enzyme to your routine can be beneficial.
3-5 meals a day is a lot for your stomach to process, if you want to give it some help try an enzyme there much safer and cheaper than those carb blockers.
