Do you really need those workout gloves?

If your new to a gym and you have wondered why people are using gloves, here are some reasons why.
Gloves can help you lift more weight because of the extra grip you get.
They help prevent blisters on the pads of your hands.
Last but not least they help prevent the spread of germs. There is an average of 150 different types of germs on a public dumbbell, most gloves can be put in the washing machine, if it has Velcro just soak your gloves in a sink with hot water and hand soap.
Gloves are inexpensive you can find them at Walmart for under $10.
