Another day another muscle grouping!!

If you’re looking for definition forget all over workouts that can take hours to do.
Doing muscle split days allow you to spend less time working and provide you with more defined muscles.
Here’s an example of my split
Monday off or intense cardio or yoga
Tuesday- legs and core
Wednesday – shoulders and biceps
Thursday- chest and triceps
Friday- legs and core
Saturday- back and lower back
Sunday- intense cardio or yoga
Each muscle group takes me 30 minutes. I get them done first thing in the morning and at night if there’s time extra cardio.
